About O'Neill Construction

O’Neill Construction was established in the year 2000, focusing on construction of new and existing dwellings, building extensions, commercial sites, and restoration of listed buildings for customers throughout Northern Ireland including dental practices, health clinics and hotels as well as residential home owners.

Owner Terrence O’Neill has over 30 years experience in construction. Originally from the trades background he has spent more than ten years working on restoring old buildings.  Over that period he gained extensive knowledge in Dry Rot treatment and prevention, re-pointing stone and brick, restoring existing staircases and doors in listed buildings and damp prevention in listed buildings.

Terrence then spent 15 years in new build dwellings, commercial projects and extensions. He undertook a diploma course in Building Site Management completing modules in:

  • Industry Management

Terrance then completed and passed his chartered exams in Construction Management where the 3 modules were:

  • Building Technology
  • Contact Administration
  • Construction Management

Terrance is a full member of The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and carries the title of Chartered Builder M.C.I.O.B.
